She is an ICF-Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Leadership Coach with extensive experience coaching and co-coaching clients in the private sector as well as medical and academic settings.  Dr. Lonsdorf is co-author with Ziv Soferman, PhD of the Amazon best-selling book Your Mind-Brain Reboot: How to Dissolve the Limiting Impact of Life’s Greatest Challenges and Prosper in Your Life.

Dr. Lonsdorf has over 35 years of clinical experience in an integrative medical practice that reflects her passion for comprehensively addressing clients’ whole health:  mind, body and spirit.
