Group ERM Coaching

There’s wonder in a group, which has a collaborative “consciousness” all its own.

 In Group ERM Coaching, participants have the opportunity to delve into issues of mutual importance, reflect, share perspectives, connect and bond.

Topics are chosen by the group, and coaching aims at increasing clarity, comfort and empowerment around the issue. Confidential formats allow for safety and authenticity.

Breakouts, intriguing questions and new distinctions create a fun and lively format for personal and professional growth and development.
