Dr. Ziv Soferman is a computer scientist, master-certified executive coach and Co-founder of Experience Resolution Methodology Coaching™, (ERM Coaching™.)

Dr. Soferman has earned the distinction of ICF-Certified Master Coach, placing him in the top 5% of certified coaches worldwide.  He has worldwide coaching experience with a wide variety of high-performing professionals in  business, medicine, high-tech and the arts. He is the co-author of the Amazon best-selling book based on ERM Coaching, Your Mind-Brain Reboot: How to Dissolve the Limiting Impact of Life’s Greatest Challenges and Prosper in Your Life.

He has a rigorous scientific background and takes a data-driven approach to coaching, complemented by highly-honed “coaching intuition” developed over his many years of coaching.
